Job Description

We are seeking an organized and efficient Sales Manager to join our business development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers worldwide, handling company leads, and participating in business development activities to increase revenues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Grow the company's client base and revenues through effective sales strategies
  • Sell the company's financial products to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and features
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
  • Work on customer retention and upsell within the company's existing customer base
  • Provide product demonstrations to potential customers, understanding their requirements and preferences
  • Engage with external introducers and partners, maintaining strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Support marketing activities by attending industry events, conferences, and other marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in the financial industry
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the financial industry
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, lead tracking, and sales target management
  • Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of solution selling and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of the financial markets and Forex industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
