The energy sector is undergoing significant digitization, alongside evolving regulatory demands that necessitate adaptable and effective software solutions, as well as dependable support for pioneering IT projects. Our focus extends to ensuring efficient market communication among energy market participants, in addition to integrating diverse solutions and architectural components. With the ongoing digital transformation and automation of market communication, the rising standards for cryptography and the implementation of Smart Meter PKI are crucial elements in the energy sector.
We seek dynamic individuals to support the operation of our market communication solutions, enhancing our cloud teams.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for our clients (energy suppliers in Germany) regarding market communication and assist with our cloud solutions in daily operations.
- Work independently and responsibly, maintaining direct communication with clients.
- Manage, coordinate, and oversee data exchange processes.
- Identify and resolve system errors.
- Provide service-oriented and conclusive resolution of customer inquiries.
- Offer telephone support for customer clarification cases.
- Monitor regular updates to regulatory requirements (format changes).
- Create new partners, master data, and certificates.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of data formats for market communication.
Your Qualifications:
- Completed training in a commercial field (preferably in IT) or equivalent training with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, or a degree in economics, computer science, or business informatics.
- Familiarity with the energy sector, particularly in market communication (GPKE, GeLi, format changes, Edifact, Mail, AS2) is advantageous.
- Practical experience in consulting and project environments is beneficial.
- Genuine interest in IT projects and digital transformation.
- Excellent written and spoken German language skills are essential.
