Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Communication Consultant to join our cloud teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless market communication between our customers and their partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact person for our customers in the area of market communication and support of our cloud solution in daily operations.
• Independent and responsible work, also in direct contact with our customers.
• Handling, coordination and monitoring of data exchange processes.
• Identification and elimination of system errors.
• Service-oriented and case-closing clarification of customer concerns.
• Telephone customer support (clarification cases).
• Monitoring of regular adjustments to regulatory requirements (format changes).
• Creation of new partners, master data, certificates.
• Support for new and further development of data formats for market communication.

Requirements

• Completed training in the commercial field (ideally in IT) or comparable training with at least 2 years of professional experience or completed studies in economics, computer science, business informatics.
• Knowledge in the energy industry especially in market communication (GPKE, GeLi, format change, Edifact, Mail, AS2) is an advantage.
• Practical experience in consulting and project environment is advantageous.
• Interest in IT projects and digitalization.
• Very good written and spoken German skills are required.
