Responsibilities

Oversee project management for e-invoicing initiatives utilizing SEEBURGER products for processing incoming invoices. Collaborate on ongoing e-invoicing projects and contribute to the rollout of new initiatives. Facilitate customer training sessions for SEEBURGER e-invoicing products and develop comprehensive documentation and guidelines. Prepare presentation materials and deliver live demonstrations of SEEBURGER solutions for incoming invoice processing. Manage tender documents, requirement specifications, and subsequent customer inquiries.


Qualifications

Completed degree in computer science or business administration, or equivalent commercial training in finance with extensive work experience, or IT training with a commercial focus and substantial professional experience. Proficient knowledge of SAP FI/SD. Familiarity with incoming invoice processing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English. Understanding of B2B integration and the e-invoicing workflow is advantageous.
