Your Role in the Organization

Körber AG is seeking a Working Student (m/f/d) to support the Project Management Office (PMO) within our HR Strategy and Innovation division. In this position, you will engage in a project centered around sustainability and human rights. You will assist in various global strategic initiatives related to HR Strategy and Innovation, providing you with practical experience in project management within an international framework, allowing you to translate your academic knowledge into real-world applications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and oversight of projects.
  • Support the project team in crafting and executing project plans, which include timelines, resource distribution, and budgeting.
  • Prepare project documentation such as reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-scope delivery of project outcomes.
  • Engage in communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your Profile:

  • You are currently a student, ideally in a discipline related to business administration, human resources, or project management.
  • You possess a strong eagerness to learn and demonstrate a proactive approach.
  • Your analytical abilities enable you to draw logical conclusions.
  • Your organized and structured working style makes you an effective planner and time manager.
  • You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • You are a collaborative team player with the capability to work independently and take on responsibilities.
  • You have strong communication skills, with business fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
