We are currently seeking a Entry-Level Project Coordinator for Services (m/f/d) to join our team. This position is available on a full-time basis.

Your Role at Alstom - What You Will Achieve with Us

In Braunschweig, Alstom operates a service and maintenance center where over 200 professionals are dedicated not only to vehicle maintenance but also to comprehensive vehicle overhauls. The Services division provides clients with flexible solutions throughout the entire lifecycle of their fleets and systems, including maintenance, modernization, spare parts, accident repairs, and more. In this role, you will report to Joschah Sieber-Borath and collaborate within a motivated and dedicated team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Cross-departmental management and oversight of one or more service or maintenance projects, as well as "full service" projects, ensuring close client interaction during planning and execution.
  • Development of project plans, establishing milestones and responsibilities.
  • Accountability for compliance with ECM guidelines.
  • Delegation of tasks and monitoring of outcomes.
  • Ensuring timely, quality, and budget-oriented achievement of project objectives (Q-C-D goals).
  • Continuous tracking of project progress, including deriving and implementing corrective actions.
  • Guaranteeing economic success and client satisfaction.
  • Management of team members involved in the project.
  • Ensuring and controlling effective project coordination and optimizing information flow within the project team.
  • Supporting sales efforts for "full service" projects.

  • Completed up to four years of formal education at a university or a completed, at least three-year vocational training in a relevant field, along with additional professional development (state-certified technician or state-certified business administrator) and several years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Technical understanding, solid knowledge in contract management, and a strong grasp of commercial processes.
  • Expertise in all standard processes related to maintenance.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Decision-making capabilities, strategic thinking, and commitment.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused work style, with negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
