Job Title: Integrated Producer

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Producer to join our team at Jellyfish. As an Integrated Producer, you will be responsible for managing the production process of social media campaigns from brainstorming to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build budgets for social media campaigns with oversight from a senior team member
  • Create and manage delivery timelines for the campaigns
  • Provide daily support for teams delivering projects: organise meetings when needed, prompt internal and external follow ups
  • Nurture a positive, collaborative working relationships with company partners through regular communication
  • Raise PO's to third-party suppliers as managed and briefed, and approve invoices against budget reconciliations
Requirements:
  • Business-level written and speaking English.
  • Fluency in German is a MUST.
  • At least two years experience working in a social media content environment with experience in managing the delivery of a social media campaign from brainstorming to final delivery
  • Experience working with production, design and video editing practitioners.
  • Experience working with different types of formats and trending content themes on the core social media platforms used in the EMEA
  • Experience across multiple social media formats: stills, GIFs, video (Short and long-form) and VR/AR
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and creating monthly pacing reports to ensure budget
  • Experience working with entertainment and broadcasting brands
  • Commercial awareness and the understanding of how to scope for the resource required to deliver a social campaign
  • Some experience providing excellent client service
