About the Role

Deutsche Bank is embarking on a transformative journey to elevate its Customer Experience, and we're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Designer to join our Corporate Bank product design team. As a technology-centric business, we're poised to capitalize on the growing demand for real-time processing, integrated systems, and data-driven insights.

With a unique opportunity to re-design mission-critical processing systems from the ground up, you'll be part of a broad portfolio covering Cash Management, Securities Services, Trade Finance, and Trust & Agency Services. Our horizontally aligned teams, such as Client Connectivity, Infrastructure, Architecture, Production, Surveillance & Regulatory, and Risk & Control, will provide a collaborative environment to drive innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the discovery, development, and delivery processes as part of the design team.
  • Facilitate workshop and walkthrough sessions using Design Sprint and Design Thinking methodologies.
  • Design user-friendly, accessible, and best-practice mobile-first applications for web and devices.
  • Produce interactive prototypes in Figma or Axure for user testing and demonstrations.
  • Ensure designs meet iOS, Android, responsive web, and WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
  • Collaborate with development to review and deliver applications.
Requirements
  • Several years of relevant professional experience.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of user experience and user interface design.
  • Expertise in designing and prototyping in Figma.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
