Job Summary

We are seeking an Integrated Producer to join our team in Berlin, Germany. As a hybrid role, you will work with the Creative, Social Content, Design, and Client Management teams to ensure smooth production streams. You will manage scoping and briefing processes, and oversee project delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build budgets for social media campaigns with senior team oversight
  • Create and manage delivery timelines for campaigns
  • Provide daily support for project teams, organizing meetings and prompting internal and external follow-ups
  • Nurture positive, collaborative relationships with company partners through regular communication
  • Raise POs to third-party suppliers and approve invoices against budget reconciliations

Requirements

  • Business-level written and speaking English
  • Fluency in German is a must
  • At least two years of experience in social media content environments, managing campaign delivery from brainstorming to final delivery
  • Experience working with production, design, and video editing practitioners
  • Experience with different social media formats, including stills, GIFs, video, and VR/AR
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and creating monthly pacing reports
  • Experience working with entertainment and broadcasting brands
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of resource scoping for social campaigns
  • Some experience providing excellent client service

Advantageous Qualifications

  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape and digital marketing mix
  • Understanding of internet culture
  • Understanding of young audiences, with a focus on Gen Z and YA
  • Experience within a digital production role
