Operating independently from Hamburg, we maintain robust connections with clients and suppliers across more than 80 countries.

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager for Europe to enhance our operations.

Our core business revolves around the distribution and trading of additives for food and animal nutrition, as well as products for home and personal care. Concentrating on Europe and South America, we provide tailored solutions in terms of products, pricing, and logistics. Our clients benefit from our extensive experience characterized by reliability, flexibility, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee national and Europe-wide trading of customized product offerings in the feed and food additives sector. Foster and expand long-term customer relationships within the sales territory. Develop and enhance international supplier partnerships. Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning. Collaborate with clients and manufacturers to create marketing strategies and product variations. Manage budget and sales forecasting, including pricing strategies.

Candidate Profile

Completed training as a merchant in foreign trade, with further qualifications as a foreign trade specialist or relevant studies preferred. Several years of experience in trading, ideally within the food or feed additives industry. Proficient in both German and English; knowledge of Spanish is advantageous. Strong sales orientation coupled with excellent communication skills, emphasizing sustainability and customer focus. Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently, with a structured approach. Team-oriented with social competence, adaptability, and self-motivation. Proficient in MS Office and merchandise management systems; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
