In dieser Position als Lead Project Coordinator:in (w/m/d) sind Sie Teil eines engagierten Teams, das an der Entwicklung und Fertigung von Wasserstoff- und Elektrotriebfahrzeugen sowie Lokomotiven arbeitet.

Ihre Rolle bei Alstom - Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung des Gesamtprojektteams in einem internationalen Umfeld, einschließlich der Führung des Kernteams und der Projektmanager sowie interner und externer Partner.
  • Erstellung und Überwachung des Projektplans, einschließlich der Festlegung von Meilensteinen und Verantwortlichkeiten.
  • Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber allen Stakeholdern, insbesondere unseren Kunden.
  • Delegation von Arbeitspaketen und Kontrolle der Arbeitsergebnisse.
  • Sicherstellung der qualitativen und kosteneffizienten Umsetzung der Projektziele.
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung des Projektfortschritts und Einleitung von Lösungsmaßnahmen bei Bedarf.
  • Professionelles Management der am Projekt beteiligten Mitarbeiter.
  • Gewährleistung einer effektiven Projektkoordination und Optimierung des Informationsflusses.
  • Vertretung des Projektes bis zum Topmanagement des Unternehmens.

Ihr Profil - Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung, idealerweise in internationalen Projekten der Eisenbahnindustrie.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement in einem internationalen Kontext.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit unternehmerischem Denkvermögen.
  • Technisches Verständnis und Affinität zu technischen Themen.
  • Verhandlungssicherheit und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Sicheres Auftreten in einem internationalen Umfeld.
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
  • Hohes Maß an Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit.
