Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to head up our Field Sales Team EUC. As a commercially focused and dynamic FMCG leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of 18 employees and driving business growth through strategic priorities in brick-and-mortar channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales and sales leadership experience, with a strong background in field sales and a passion for building and maintaining partnerships. Fluency in German and English is a prerequisite for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Field Sales Team EUC and drive business growth through strategic priorities in brick-and-mortar channels
  • Develop and implement a joint value proposition to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key retailers
  • Lead transformation in ways of working and tools
  • Build a high-performing and engaged team
