Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to head up our Field Sales Team EUC. As a commercially focused and dynamic FMCG leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong partnerships with key retailers.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our Europe Central Business Unit. You will be part of the EUC leadership team and will work closely with the Sales Leadership Team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 18 employees and 3 field sales managers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in brick-and-mortar channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and partners
  • Lead transformation in ways of working and tools to improve sales performance
  • Develop a high-performing and engaged team

Requirements

  • Proven sales and sales leadership experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales growth
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
