About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled PLM Process Manager to join our team at Trützschler. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our PLM, CAD, and ERP systems across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key user for all engineering departments to the PLM, CAD, and ERP systems
- Lead the implementation of the PLM system 3DX in collaboration with our central IT department
- Analyze and optimize processes in engineering and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and train engineering staff in the use of PLM systems and extend construction guidelines
- Lead optimization projects to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with international teams in India and China
Requirements
- Completed education in mechanical engineering, product design, or computer science with a focus on CAx or a comparable qualification
- Desirable: further education in process management and experience with agile working methods
- Several years of experience in the mechanical and plant engineering industry
- Strong knowledge of PLM, CAD, and ERP systems, preferably SolidWorks, Eplan, and 3DX, as well as MS-Office
- Experience in process optimization according to ISO 9001
- Good project management skills and experience in project leadership
- Good German and English language skills
