Job Title: Team Manager for Survivability

HENSOLDT, a leading European defense company, is seeking a highly skilled Team Manager for its Survivability program. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading a team of product and project managers to deliver high-tech products and solutions to national and international customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of product and project managers to achieve program goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Manage and execute projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business opportunities and challenges
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, physics, or business administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the defense industry
  • Proven track record of delivering high-tech products and solutions to customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address business opportunities and challenges
