Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP Product to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you'll be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product vision, ensuring seamless collaboration with our CEO, engineering, and product design teams.

Your primary focus will be on building and leading a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Designers, attracting and retaining top talent, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, aligning with our company's mission and vision.
  • Lead and inspire a team of Product Managers and Product Designers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with our CEO to develop and refine our product vision, ensuring it aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Drive the development and execution of our product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Evangelize user value and understanding across our organization, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers.
  • Set clear priorities and work closely with regional leaders and senior leadership to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success as a product leader, with a strong background in product development and strategy.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with AI and machine learning technologies, with a deep understanding of their applications and potential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on innovation and experimentation.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the food industry and its complexities.
