Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Management: Oversee the processing of outgoing and incoming invoices, ensuring prompt handling and payment oversight.
  • Cash Flow Oversight: Track open items for debtors and creditors, ensuring effective debt recovery.
  • Payment Administration: Manage company disbursements, prepare monthly cash flow reports, and assist in financial reporting tasks.
  • Liquidity Management: Supervise short, medium, and long-term liquidity strategies for the organization and its subsidiaries.
  • Banking Operations: Administer the company’s banking accounts.
  • Partnership Support: Provide assistance to our partners in these financial areas.
Required Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Degree in finance, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Financial Expertise: Strong skills in cash flow analysis and liquidity management.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Capability to understand and resolve complex business challenges.
  • Numerical Skills: Comfortable and proficient in working with numerical data.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Collaborative Attitude: Ability to understand interdepartmental dynamics, demonstrate a proactive approach, and work effectively in teams.
  • Communication Proficiency: Effective communication skills in both German and English.
