We are collaborating with a global organization that specializes in medical, security, and travel safety solutions for corporate clients across diverse sectors. Their proficiency is in assisting businesses to mitigate health and security challenges faced by their workforce during travel or remote assignments, both nationally and internationally. As the team in Germany expands, they are seeking a Key Account Manager to join their office in the Rhein Main area. This position is hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days remote), with some travel anticipated.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of Key Account Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing a designated portfolio of key clients in Germany, with the goal of enhancing revenue within these accounts. While the focus is primarily on existing business, there is also an expectation to pursue new opportunities and expand the accounts. This position is characterized by a consultative sales approach.

Your contributions will include:

  • Acquiring new business and nurturing relationships within established accounts
  • Identifying and fostering enduring relationships with key decision-makers
  • Consulting with clients to understand and address their needs
  • Developing and implementing the sales strategy for your designated region
  • Creating a portfolio of satisfied clients
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Sales and Key Account Management, with a preference for a consultative sales methodology.

  • Experience in selling at a senior level and aligning business needs across an organization
  • Preferably, experience in selling services
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects with varying deadlines
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential
