Your primary responsibilities:
Formulate and implement a strategic vision to enhance business profitability and sustainability in the region Develop and execute a progressive business strategy, manage commercial agreements, lead client initiatives, negotiate essential contracts, and oversee the entire value chain to stimulate innovation and maximize business vitality and customer satisfaction in alignment with management expectations Direct all commercial endeavors within your area of responsibility, including global strategy execution, budget oversight, continuous improvement efforts, adherence to sales and pricing protocols, and participation in local management Build and sustain strong client relationships, negotiate advantageous commercial terms, and proactively address client needs to unlock new business avenues and establish dsm-firmenich as a vital partner Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive value propositions, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure high levels of service and supply chain efficiency Cultivate and nurture a successful team aligned with business goals through onboarding, performance assessments, fostering team spirit, and effective communication of corporate and business dynamicsWe offer:

Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent (business administration, economics, marketing or science) A minimum of 5-7 years of successful sales experience in flavor/fragrance/ingredient sectors, along with proven sales/marketing experience in FMCG At least 3 to 5 years in a management role A results-driven mindset, with a competitive edge Proficient negotiation skills for both internal and external stakeholders Strong interpersonal and communication abilities A client-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service Strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to grasp the broader perspective Proficiency in computer skills - fluent in English and GermanThe selection process:
