We are collaborating with a global firm that specializes in medical, security, and travel safety solutions for corporate clients across diverse sectors. Their proficiency is in assisting organizations to mitigate health and security risks encountered by their personnel during travel or remote operations, both locally and internationally. As the team in Germany expands, they are seeking an Account Manager - DE to become part of their office in the Rhein Main region. This position is offered as a hybrid role (3 days in the office/2 days remote) with some travel anticipated.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of Key Account Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing a designated portfolio of key clients in Germany and enhancing the revenue generated from these accounts. While the focus is primarily on existing business, there is also an expectation to acquire new clients and expand current accounts. This position is characterized by a consultative sales approach.

As a results-oriented professional, you will:

  • Acquire new business and nurture relationships within established accounts
  • Identify and cultivate enduring relationships with key decision-makers
  • Engage with clients to understand and address their needs
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for your designated area
  • Create a portfolio of satisfied clients
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Sales and Key Account Management, ideally with a consultative sales methodology.

  • Experience in selling at a senior level and aligning business needs across an organization
  • Preferably experience in selling services
  • Strong organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively
  • Fluency in German and English is essential
