Business Client Services Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Client Services Manager to join our global team at 360T. As a key member of our Business Client Advisory Services Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client services to our 360T clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch service to new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage, solve, and complete all incoming requests from clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients onto our platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Conduct client platform trainings, both interactive and remote, to ensure clients are fully utilizing our services.
- Maintain, document, analyze, and improve existing workflows and processes to optimize efficiency.
- Oversee various project stages, including product development, process implementation, regulatory/compliance, and complex client setups.
- Participate in quality assurance by testing our full range of products and new features on our platform.
- Closely interact and cooperate with internal teams, such as Sales, Legal, IT, and others.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a good academic background in a related field, a university degree or equivalent, and relevant work experience in Client Services, Middle Office, or Back Office of a Financial Institution or other FX- or Treasury company.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of insight and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical terms and information about products to various audiences.
- High level of English and German skills, both verbal and written, with additional language skills a benefit.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
