About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Expert Broadcast Material Coordinator to join our team at Sky Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our content logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the creation and delivery of broadcast materials for our linear and non-linear platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key account relationships with licensors and partner broadcasters, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of broadcast materials.
  • Coordinate the creation of broadcast materials with our internal technical department, including linear and non-linear content.
  • Manage the coordination of material with dubbing studios and external service providers, ensuring high-quality dubbed versions and maintaining strong relationships with surrounding teams.
  • Provide timely broadcast material for films and series across all Sky channels and non-linear platforms.
  • Conduct self-organized research in our archive and proactively optimize workflows to ensure efficient content delivery.
  • Coordinate project launches, support the introduction of new services and technologies, and actively participate in testing and monitoring new workflows from a content logistics perspective.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in the film and television industry, with a degree or completed commercial apprenticeship.
  • Proven expertise in broadcast material coordination, including linear and non-linear content, and a strong technical understanding of file processing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a team.
  • Strong technical affinity for film and television, with in-depth technical understanding and project management support.
  • Expertise in content management systems, such as APIx or Content Explorer & ScheduAll, and proactive problem-solving and workflow optimization skills.
  • Good English skills and very good written and spoken German skills.
