Job Summary:

LivaNova PLC is seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Electromechanical Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of electromechanical components and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electromechanical components and systems according to technical specifications and drawings
  • Perform quality control checks and ensure that all assembled components meet the required standards
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and defects in the assembly process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve assembly processes and reduce defects
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 6S principles and safety protocols
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles and concepts
  • Experience with assembly and testing of electromechanical components and systems
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and testing equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy components and equipment
