Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team and take end-to-end responsibility for our new Staking product. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems and services for our staking platform. Your expertise in blockchain technology, staking protocols, and DeFi will be instrumental in optimizing yield and ensuring the security, scalability, and reliability of our staking infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable and secure backend services and APIs using TypeScript and Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
  • Implement advanced staking strategies to optimize yield and ensure the security and reliability of our staking infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest quality standards while continuously delivering customer value.
  • Develop and maintain standards for software development, including code quality, automated testing, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to staking operations, backend systems, and staking infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on blockchain and staking technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as TypeScript and similar.
  • Deep understanding of various staking mechanisms, blockchain ecosystems, and node infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems, API development, and microservices architecture.
  • Understanding of the regulatory landscape of crypto assets, especially in Germany.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
