Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our backend team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust and scalable services, ensuring high uptime and meeting scalability needs, and collaborating with our team to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement backend services using Python and other relevant technologies
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Ensure the scalability and reliability of our services, with a focus on high uptime and performance
  • Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure software quality and reliability
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our codebase
  • Collaborate with our team to design and implement new features and services
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience designing and writing backend applications
  • Extensive experience with Python and other relevant technologies
  • Strong understanding of web and backend technologies, including asynchronous programming and caching
  • Experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL
  • Experience with Docker and container-orchestration systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
