About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a focus on Electrical Engineering to join our team at STF Gruppe. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading various large-scale projects in the field of building technology, with a specialization in electrical engineering.

The projects you will be working on may include public buildings such as train stations, schools, residential buildings, office buildings, or supermarkets and hotels.

As a Project Manager, you will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Coordination - You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the overall process of your projects, including the implementation of tasks assigned by clients and team coordination.
  • Communication - You will be the point of contact for all project-related questions and will lead discussions with clients and project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and other project team members.
  • Control - You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while maintaining a focus on quality control and assurance.

We have developed a specialized project management tool, the TGA-Cockpit, which is tailored to our TGA planning needs. This tool provides a structured approach, enables efficient onboarding of new team members, and ensures consistent quality standards across projects.

Requirements:

  • You should have prior experience in a similar role with a focus on TGA, ideally with experience in various trades (electrical installations, communication and safety technology, conveyor systems) or specialization in one area.
  • You should have a solid foundation in the following areas:
    • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or a state-approved technical degree or master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
    • Relevant work experience, preferably in project management, project coordination, or project leadership.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both within the team and with clients and project stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and openness to new tools.
    • Excellent written and spoken German language skills.
