About the Role

Campus Founders gGmbH is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Venture Studio team. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company and the startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main Contact Person: You will be the primary point of contact for our Venture Studio stakeholders, including startups and investors, providing exceptional communication and support.
  • Startup Identification: You will work closely with our Venture Managers to identify suitable startups for investment and support their growth.
  • Communication Coordination: You will coordinate communication between Venture Studio stakeholders, including regular investment committee meetings and events.
  • Event Participation: You will participate in relevant events to build and maintain relationships with startups and investors, staying up-to-date on market trends.
  • Portfolio Support: You will work closely with our Venture Managers to coach portfolio startups, recognizing their needs and providing support.
  • Milestone Tracking: You will define and track milestones with startups, evaluating their progress using collected and analyzed metrics.
  • Budget Monitoring: You will monitor the Venture Studio budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Education: You have successfully completed your studies, preferably with a focus on economics.
  • Experience: You have practical experience in project management, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Communication Skills: You have excellent communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English and German.
  • Business Acumen: You have a basic understanding of common business models and a familiarity with startup jargon.
