Die HR Consult Group AG sucht einen erfahrenen IT-Leiter für ein etabliertes Maschinenbauunternehmen, das sich auf Umwelttechnik spezialisiert hat. Unser Klient ist bekannt für seine Innovationskraft und die Entwicklung nachhaltiger Produkte, die in Deutschland gefertigt werden.
Aufgabenbereich- Sie sind verantwortlich für den stabilen und effektiven Betrieb der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur und Systeme an verschiedenen Standorten.
- Sie leiten die Weiterentwicklung und das Management von IT-Prozessen, Governance, Architektur, Applikationen sowie IT-Sicherheit und Infrastruktur.
- Sie gewährleisten ein professionelles Management externer IT-Dienstleister und optimieren das IT-Sourcing.
- Durch digitale Transformation tragen Sie aktiv zur Effizienzsteigerung interner Prozesse innerhalb der Wertschöpfungskette bei.
- Sie entwickeln die Microsoft365-Infrastruktur weiter und gestalten die Implementierung von SAP S/4HANA entscheidend mit.
- Sie berichten direkt an die Geschäftsführung des Unternehmens.
Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt IT mit oder verfügen über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung. Ihre Erfahrungen in einem international tätigen, mittelständischen Unternehmen in den Bereichen IT-Infrastruktur, Projektmanagement und Teamführung sind von großer Bedeutung. Sie haben Kenntnisse in der Steuerung von IT-Service Providern sowie in der Implementierung von IT-Standards (z.B. ITIL, PRINCE2). Zudem sind Sie versiert in modernen IT-Architekturen, IT-Sicherheit und der SAP-Welt und können neue Technologien (IoT, Cloud Computing, Big Data) hinsichtlich ihres Potenzials für die Unternehmensentwicklung bewerten. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich. Ein wertschätzender Führungsstil sowie die Fähigkeit zur Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe runden Ihr Profil ab.
