As an intern within our Manufacturing Engineering division, your primary focus will be on assisting in the design and enhancement of manufacturing tools and processes specifically tailored for our battery production operations.
- You will engage in the development of tools and fixtures, as well as contribute to layout designs aimed at streamlining production efficiency.
- Your role will involve supporting the construction of prototypes.
- You will gather and organize documentation pertinent to product design and manufacturing workflows.
- Creating and updating operational guidelines will be part of your responsibilities.
- Analyzing the capabilities of our production equipment and performing time analysis will be essential tasks.
- You will assist in validating equipment functionality.
- Collaboration with suppliers will be a key aspect of your internship.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations is imperative.
Essential Skills:
- You are pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping is required.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CAD software, particularly Siemens NX, is advantageous.
- A genuine interest in manufacturing processes, along with relevant experience, is preferred.
