About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Specialist to join our Knowledge & Product Enablement team at SAP LeanIX. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality technical documentation that supports our customers' success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, develop, and edit various types of user assistance deliverables, including product documentation, API documentation, UI texts, multimedia, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, UX, Support, and other teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Research information needs of users for documentation through various channels and implement feedback to continuously improve our content.
  • Apply relevant standards and guidelines to user assistance deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and technology trends for user assistance and apply this knowledge to enhance our documentation.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in technical writing in the SaaS B2B industry, with a strong technical and communication background.
  • Familiarity with software development processes, including APIs, SDKs, and web technologies.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools and version control systems.
  • Understanding of the developer community and ability to craft clear, concise documentation for technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and empathetic, with the ability to influence positive change across teams.
