Imaging Operations Supervisor, Retail Solutions

As the Imaging Operations Supervisor, you will oversee and cultivate a team of Imaging Specialists, while also engaging directly in field activities to set a benchmark for your team. Your role will involve rethinking our approach to Imaging methodologies and assisting our collaborators in enhancing our workflows, tools, and leveraging data to inform your insights and assess outcomes. You will empower your team to excel by providing essential resources, mentorship, and guidance. A robust communication channel will be established with the Retail Onboarding division, which will provide a continuous flow of assignments for you to manage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a dedicated team of imaging specialists, focusing on both daily operations and individual growth.

Training and Development: Set a strong example, design and execute training programs based on your expertise to elevate the skills and knowledge of your team members.

2. Performance Management: Track and oversee essential KPIs for your team, including:

Image Coverage: Percentage of items with images compared to the total items available. Imaging Task Conversion: Percentage of imaging tasks completed relative to all imaging requests made by your team. Time to Value: Duration from request initiation to images being uploaded to the platform.

3. Process Improvement: Discover avenues to streamline and enhance imaging workflows to boost efficiency and minimize errors.

Analyze and refine existing imaging processes, collaborating closely with Onboarding, Account Management, Partner Operations, and Vendor Management teams.

4. Quality Assurance: Establish and uphold quality assurance protocols and standards to guarantee the highest service quality in our Imaging Operations.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in tandem with other departments, such as Retail Onboarding, Account Management, Partner Operations, and Vendor Management to resolve customer challenges and foster improvements.

6. Reporting and Analysis: Produce regular reports and insights on progress against objectives, team performance, and KPIs for senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancement.

7. Compliance: Ensure that all processes and activities comply with applicable industry regulations and standards.

Our Expectations:

Proven experience in team leadership. Demonstrated expertise in process optimization. Detail-oriented, structured, and service-focused. Proficient in analytics tools or possess strong Excel capabilities. Background in photography or imaging-related fields is advantageous. Fluency in both English and German is required.
