Digital Workplace Solutions Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Solutions Engineer to join our team at TUI. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a crucial role in enabling Workplace services across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager solutions to ensure seamless colleague experience across the organization.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers to develop and administer services/products based on Microsoft Endpoint Management, enabling global colleagues to work more efficiently.
- Support Workplace Engineers, Architects, and Support Analysts to deliver exceptional colleague experience.
- Research, evaluate, and test new approaches, processes, and tools to drive innovation and improvement.
- Contribute to Communities of Practice, including collaboration in shared initiatives.
- Drive technical excellence, ownership, and self-organisation at team and personal level.
- Stay up-to-date with latest developments in focus areas and continuously learn and acquire new skills.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access Policies, Active Directory, and GPO's, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), PowerShell scripting, relevant network technologies, laptop/desktop hardware configurations, and management.
- Ability to understand and shape workflows, design and implement support concepts, including external partners.
- Desire to build holistic solutions including self-service capabilities for colleagues.
- Sound expertise on digital workplaces (hardware, software, Microsoft suite of tools) and other core Microsoft products.
- Demonstratable experience developing and implementing efficient, innovative functions and solutions.
- Administration and engineering skills in an Enterprise scale environment.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering great digital products and services.
- True engineering craftsmanship mindset.
- Passionate about continuous improvement, collaboration, and great teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills coupled with good communication skills.
- Open-minded, inquisitive, and a life-long learner.
