Head of Digital Workplace Strategist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Digital Workplace Strategist to join our team at HDI AG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our digital workplace strategy, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital workplace strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of IT professionals to design, implement, and maintain the digital workplace infrastructure, ensuring high levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Ensure the security and compliance of the digital workplace, implementing measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and manage budgets for digital workplace initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in the digital workplace.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role, with a focus on digital workplace strategy and implementation.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results through technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and address business needs through technology.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
