The primary objective of this role is to gain insights into the market landscape, align with the strategic priorities of CCH Tagetik, and spearhead the product management for the CCH Tagetik Extended Planning suite, focusing on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This position plays a crucial role in ensuring effective Go-to-market execution. Our operations span globally, with both direct and indirect channels, and we are committed to expanding our reach across various regions and enhancing our product offerings.
This position can be based in Italy, UK, or remotely in Europe. Reporting to the VP of Integrated Business Planning, you will collaborate with various functional teams within CCH Tagetik (Sales, Presales, Partner & Alliances, Marketing, Go-to-market & pricing, Development, Customer Success, Finance) to implement segment priorities and contribute to the growth of the Corporate Performance Management & ESG division of Wolters Kluwer. This role primarily involves Outbound Product Management, driving revenue growth and establishing our market position.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Focus on managing the Extended Planning (XP&A) solution for the Office of CFO within CCH Tagetik, particularly in the Financial Planning & Analysis domain.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within an enterprise software company, specifically in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Performance Management (CPM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Extended Planning (XP&A) sectors.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management within an enterprise software context.
- Strong understanding of key processes within the Office of CFO of large enterprises, including enterprise-wide budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
- Proven experience managing multiple complex international projects in the FP&A domain.
- Ability to position FP&A & CPM externally (to Analysts, in Webinars, User conferences, and events) and internally (Sales Enablement, Marketing support, Pre-Sales support, and GTM support).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: An MBA is preferred.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and develop a cohesive approach and plan.
- Experience working within a global matrix organizational structure and collaborating with diverse cultural teams.
- Proven track record of managing multiple simultaneous projects and leading teams through varying complexities while maintaining focus on critical business operations.
- Strong customer orientation with a commitment to delivering premium service efficiently and economically.
- Experience in communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executive-level presentations.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, articulate, and lead the execution of a product roadmap for Extended Planning tailored for the Office of CFO of large global enterprises, leveraging the CCH Tagetik platform as a strategic asset for delivering additional products and solutions.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the core business and trends within the Office of CFO, including market opportunities, customer profiles, competitive landscape, and market trends to identify growth prospects.
- Utilize customer insights to inform product feature planning, prioritizing requirements, and articulating the rationale behind product decisions.
- Collaborate with Development scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Pre-Sales to deliver demonstrations for external marketing and internal enablement.
- Formulate and implement a growth strategy for the product, optimizing current offerings and exploring new product opportunities to enhance customer solutions.
- Work closely with Marketing, Go-to-market, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and readiness in representing the CCH Tagetik brand, fostering strong customer relationships to reinforce our position as the provider of choice.
