Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Growth Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Growth Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing them, and handing them over to the sales team. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy, analyzing customer needs, and creating lead magnets and relevant content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop and implement a lead generation strategy to attract and engage potential customers.
  • Content Strategy: Analyze customer needs and develop a content strategy to create lead magnets and relevant content.
  • Performance Marketing: Develop and implement a performance marketing strategy to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Analytics: Analyze customer behavior and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement processes to optimize marketing and sales efforts.
  • Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer data to identify profitable customer segments and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration with Product Development: Work closely with the product development team to incorporate customer feedback and develop innovative solutions.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum ROI.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, growth management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Language: Fluent in German and English.
