Position Overview

At PAUL HARTMANN AG, we empower healthcare professionals to concentrate on their essential mission: making a positive difference in people's lives. We are seeking a Corporate Production Controller (f/m/d) to join our dynamic Controlling team within the wound care division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Controlling Expertise: You will oversee all financial controlling tasks in collaboration with the production team, ensuring seamless communication with the Operations department.
  • Financial Guidance: As a financial expert, you will support your business partners throughout various financial processes, serving as the primary contact for all financial inquiries.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze business performance and profit trends, focusing on production costs in the wound care division, while providing transparency to the Head of Operations.
  • Process Development: Collaborate with Group Controlling to enhance and standardize processes and reporting for your division.
  • Project Leadership: Take charge of all finance-related aspects in projects within the division.
  • Team Development: Mentor and challenge production controllers at the plant level.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in business administration with a specialization in controlling or a relevant commercial qualification, complemented by significant professional experience in an industrial setting.
  • Extensive experience in controlling, particularly in production controlling and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP BW/ERP tools and advanced MS Office skills.
  • Excellent command of both English and German.
