Überblick

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Controller, der sich auf das Produktionscontrolling und -reporting spezialisiert hat. Als wichtiger Teil unseres Teams wird er die strategische Planung und Kontrolle der Division Wunde unterstützen.

Aufgaben
  • Analyse und Berichterstattung: Der Controller wird die Geschäftsverlaufs- und Ergebnisentwicklung der Division Wunde analysieren und regelmäßige Berichte erstellen, um den Leiter Operations über die Produktionskosten und die Erhöhung der Transparenz zu informieren.
  • Unterstützung des Leiters Operations: Der Controller wird dem Leiter Operations als Business-Partner unterstützen und bei seiner Verantwortung für alle Werke der Division begleiten.
  • Kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Verbesserung: Der Controller wird die Ergebnisse kontinuierlich überprüfen und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen initiieren, um die Effizienz und Effektivität der Division Wunde zu steigern.
  • Standardprozesse und Berichterstattung: Der Controller wird Standardprozesse wie Planung, Forecasts, Kennzahlenreporting und Monatsabschlüsse durchführen und diese für den Leiter Operations aufbereiten.
  • Kooperation und Weiterentwicklung: Der Controller wird enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Schnittstellen im Konzerncontrolling pflegen und Prozesse und Berichte für die Division weiterentwickeln und standardisieren.
  • Federführende Verantwortung: Der Controller wird federführende Verantwortung für alle Finanz-relevanten Themen mit Operations-Bezug in divisionsspezifischen Projekten übernehmen.
  • Fachliches Coaching: Der Controller wird fachliches Coaching der Produktionscontroller in den Werken anbieten und die Umsetzung der zentralen Vorgaben sicherstellen.
Kompetenzen
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung: Der Controller sollte ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld haben.
  • Controlling-Erfahrung: Der Controller sollte mehrjährige Controlling-Erfahrung im Bereich Produktionscontrolling und -reporting haben.
  • Kommunikative Fähigkeiten: Der Controller sollte ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten besitzen.
  • Selbstständigkeit und Zielorientierung: Der Controller sollte selbstständig, konzeptionell und zielorientiert arbeiten können.
  • SAP BW-/ERP-Tool Kenntnisse: Der Controller sollte fundierte SAP BW-/ERP-Tool Kenntnisse besitzen.
  • MS-Office-Kenntnisse: Der Controller sollte sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse besitzen.
  • Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse: Der Controller sollte sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse besitzen.
