Financial Controller (m/w/d) Werden Sie Teil eines engagierten Teams, das Innovation und Zusammenarbeit schätzt und gemeinsam an spannenden Projekten arbeitet.

Für einen führenden Partner der Automobilindustrie, der innovative Lösungen in den Bereichen Dichtungstechnologie, Abschirmtechnik, Kunststoff-Leichtbau, E-Mobility und Brennstoffzellentechnologie anbietet, suchen wir erfahrene Financial Controller (m/w/d). Ihre Aufgaben
  • Erstellung und Analyse von monatlichen, quartalsweisen und jährlichen Finanzberichten
  • Budgetplanung und -kontrolle sowie Erstellung von Forecasts
  • Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Abweichungsanalysen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Controlling-Prozesse und -Systeme
  • Ad-hoc-Analysen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen für verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen sowie mit nationalen und internationalen Standorten
Das bringen Sie mit
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB und IFRS
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO sind von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Zahlenaffinität und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
