We are in search of a dedicated OBC Customer Services Agent (m/f/d) to enhance our expanding team. The ideal candidate may possess some foundational knowledge from a travel, freight forwarding, or similar aviation-related position, but a strong desire to excel in this dynamic environment is more important than formal experience.
The successful applicant will be an aviation enthusiast who enjoys collaborating within a diverse global team—having a good sense of humor is essential for navigating this role. We are particularly interested in candidates who are fluent in both German and English due to the international scope of our operations.
Role Objectives
Key Responsibilities
To apply discretion and independent judgment in executing job duties. To collaborate with management in developing policies that align with the Company's goals. To work closely with management to implement policies ensuring customer satisfaction, including budgeting and timely delivery. To maximize business opportunities by offering customized solutions that meet client requests within budgetary and operational limits while ensuring profitability for the Company. To maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve business objectives. To monitor and track ongoing shipments to guarantee high-quality service delivery and meet company expectations. To keep accurate and updated information regarding the status of OBC shipments. To manage invoicing and order settlements. To participate in conference calls to ensure effective information sharing and awareness among the OBC team and other offices. To assist in the formulation and execution of annual strategies set by Senior Management and Management Teams. To perform any other duties within the scope of the role as requested, including additional hours as necessary. To travel as required based on business needs. To be aware of and adhere to company policies. To participate in a rotating out-of-hours duty schedule within the commercial team.Desired Qualities
