About the Role

As a member of the Amazon Europe Core team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality in our delivery operations. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, design, and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address Data Quality: Complete daily routines to improve delivery quality by ensuring accurate and up-to-date address information.
  • Quality Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze data to track key quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Process Audits and Assessments: Conduct regular audits and assessments of field processes and procedures to ensure compliance with Amazon's quality standards.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Use logical thinking and analytical skills to identify potential areas for improvement and communicate any quality problems or concerns that impact the customer experience.
  • Access Code Verification: Verify potential access codes and delivery instructions for assigned addresses and update records as needed.

Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in German and English languages, in both written and verbal communication (C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR).
  • Data Analytics Experience: Relevant experience working with data analytics and using these metrics to identify problems.
  • MS Office Suite: Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service Skills: Customer service skills to effectively communicate with internal and external partners.
  • Transportation Management System: Experience using a transportation management system.
  • Parcel Delivery Experience: Parcel delivery experience, with market/geographic expertise.
