Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Rivus Capital. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining financial controls, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support our investment decisions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Controls: Establish and maintain internal financial controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Investment Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our investment team to provide financial guidance and support.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in a family office or investment firm.
- Skills: Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
