Key Responsibilities
- Correspond with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Comply with occupational safety and process specifications to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Conduct internal audits and controls to identify areas for improvement and implement measures for continuous process optimization.
- Train employees on quality standards and best practices to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Identify potential areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance work processes and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to support operations and make data-driven decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries and problems efficiently, accurately, and professionally, with complete documentation and cross-departmental cooperation.
- Process tickets in various ticket systems to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer care, transport service providers, and customs matters.
- Ensure the proper handling of shipments and goods, including written and verbal communication with forwarding agents.
- Monitor delivery dates and process complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare delivery and customs documents, and monitor deadlines, payments, and outstanding documentation.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or training in logistics, with experience in warehouse management and problem/error handling.
- Knowledge of customs clearance is an advantage.
- Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel, and merchandise management systems.
- Affinity for numbers and analytical skills.
- Independent, structured, and responsible work style.
- Excellent German and good English skills.
- Flexibility and hands-on mentality.
- Willingness to work shifts.
