About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the South-West region of Germany. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our solar inverter solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with customers to resolve technical issues and provide support during field visits or dispatches.
  • Take ownership of dispatched customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Run diagnostics on errors or technical problems and deliver support and service solutions for our customers.
  • Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks, including upgrades or rework activities.
  • Support project management during commissioning and site acceptance services.
  • Follow operational procedures, processes, and practices as defined, documented, and consistently applied.
  • Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions, and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.
Requirements
  • Education as Electrical Technician or Engineer.
  • German and English language skills at least on C1 level.
  • Willingness to work on call duty.
  • Experience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial.
  • Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Driving license is essential for the job.
