We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the South-West region of Germany. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our solar inverter solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Interface with customers to resolve technical issues and provide support during field visits or dispatches.
- Take ownership of dispatched customer issues and provide timely solutions.
- Run diagnostics on errors or technical problems and deliver support and service solutions for our customers.
- Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks, including upgrades or rework activities.
- Support project management during commissioning and site acceptance services.
- Follow operational procedures, processes, and practices as defined, documented, and consistently applied.
- Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions, and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.
- Education as Electrical technician or Engineer.
- German and English language skills at least on C1 level.
- Willingness to work on call duty.
- Experience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial.
- Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
- Willingness to travel.
- Driving license is essential for the job.
