Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily procurement operations and assist in executing global procurement strategies across various categories.
- Conduct market analysis, evaluate supplier performance, and assess spending categories to optimize procurement processes.
- Collaborate with multiple departments, including supply chain management, marketing, IT, finance, and production, while independently handling assigned tasks.
- Participate in international projects, engage in negotiations, and support contract management and decision-making activities.
- Provide assistance in order processing and contribute to process improvement and standardization initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in engineering, economics, business informatics, or a related field, preferably in an advanced semester.
- Demonstrated interest and confidence in working within an international and cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong self-motivation with a structured, independent, and confident approach to work.
- Exceptional analytical abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with prior experience in SAP and/or ARIBA being advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Prior practical experience in procurement is a plus.
