Role Summary: In the capacity of a Finance Study Start-up Manager at Pharmiweb, you will play a pivotal role in the effective execution of clinical trials for novel pharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of groundbreaking therapies, particularly in oncology, while collaborating with key international clients.
  • Oversee the organization and management of all essential submissions and applications to ethics committees and regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate local start-up processes, including vendor management, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Adapt global study documents to meet country-specific requirements.
  • Support the training, mentoring, and professional development of new team members.
  • Engage in customer-specific working groups and contribute to internal projects as a Subject Matter Expert.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree in natural sciences (e.g., biology, biochemistry, chemistry, public health, pharmacology, medicine) or equivalent vocational training in health/nursing.
  • Proven professional experience in Study Start-Up processes.
  • Familiarity with submissions to German ethics committees and regulatory bodies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, coupled with effective time management.
  • Excellent communication abilities in business-fluent German and proficient English.
