Job Title: Sales Liaison for Operational Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for sales inquiries, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams, system engineers, and customers to ensure seamless communication and effective solution implementation
  • Develop and deliver customized presentations to showcase SVA's range of services and capabilities
  • Respond to bids and proposals, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client requests
  • Network with internal departments to foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Provide exceptional service management to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of IT solutions and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
