About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced researcher to join our team at Momentive, a leading global advanced materials company. As a Senior Polymer Researcher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new methods for determining the viscosity of Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) for spray simulation applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize laboratory measurement methods for determining the viscosity of LSR
  • Conduct spray simulation experiments using Sigmasoft software and analyze results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new materials and processes
  • Design and execute experiments to validate the accuracy of simulation results

Requirements:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Polymer Science, Materials Science, or related field
  • Strong background in polymer processing and characterization
  • Experience with spray simulation software and laboratory measurement techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
