We are currently looking for an experienced construction manager (m/w/d) for tunnel and road building for our location in Mannheim.

Your Tasks

  • Independent handling of complex construction projects from preparation to completion, including billing.
  • Responsibility for quality, deadlines, costs, and revenue.
  • Support for calculation, preparation of additional calculation.
  • Coordination and control of internal and external parties.
  • Leadership and promotion of employees.

Your Requirements

  • Degree in civil engineering.
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Responsible entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and an accounting program (preferably RIB: iTWO).
  • Engaged, motivated participation, and flexibility.
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
