About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our team at VAG-Gruppe. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for managing complex, high-impact strategic projects that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic project plans to achieve business objectives, including post-merger integration, innovation initiatives, and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, external partners, and experts to drive project success.
  • Prepare and present analytical reports and decision documents to the VAG Board, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Provide direct reporting to the VAG Board, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement changes to drive business efficiency.

About You:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong track record of managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will be essential in driving business growth and innovation at VAG-Gruppe.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing industry, with a proven ability to drive change and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional language skills in German, Czech, Mandarin, or Portuguese a plus.
  • Master's degree or higher, preferably in a business-related field.
